ISO/TC 37 Circular 2008 - 09: Travel information for Moscow meetings 9-16 August 2008
Attached please find information about how to obtain visa for travelling to Moscow in order to attend the annual ISO/TC 37 work meetings, plenary sessions and conference.
The meetings will take place as follows:
9-10 August Advisory Group meetings (all project leaders, convenors and secretariats)
11-15 August work group meetings and Plenaries
16 August ISO/TC 37 industry conference (TC 37 standards and Russia).

Please note that it is important that the following information will be sent to the organizers in Russia as soon as possible. The details are required for invitation letters which will be issued and sent to you so you can obtain your visa. You will want to make sure that you get this whole procedure going as soon as possible, even if you still have to wait for confirmation of your participation by your delegating organization.
1. Family name, first name, middle name.
2. Citizenship.
3. Birthday (day, month, year), place of birth.
4. Sex.
5. Passport number and validity (day, month, year).
6. Employer name, address, phone, fax.
7. Position.
8. Purpose of visit.
9. Arrival in Russia (day, month, year), staying in Russia until (day, month, year), number of days.
10. Visited cities.
11. Place of recieving the visa.
12. Contact e-mail, fax.
